Emily DiVito is the deputy director for the Corporate Power program at the Roosevelt Institute. Her work focuses on inclusive banking and financial inclusion, financial technologies and regulations, and progressive taxation of wealth and the wealthy. She has testified before the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs regarding her research on deposit insurance. Her work has been featured in the Washington Post, The Guardian, and American Banker. DiVito holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MPA from Columbia University.
