Sehar has extensive experience in the democracy field in the US and internationally, developing organizational strategy and partnerships with high-level foundation, individual, and government funders. Prior to joining Roosevelt Forward, Sehar was the senior director for development at Campaign Legal Center. Sehar holds a BA in political science from the George Washington University and an MA in comparative politics from American University.
