Prior to joining Roosevelt Forward, Perla worked with various nonprofit educational programs for eight years. She spent five years as an accountant for an early childhood program in Brooklyn and as a payroll coordinator for a special education school on Long Island. Perla obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehman College. In her free time, she enjoys trying different restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
