Katie Kirchner is the vice president of field-building programs at Roosevelt Forward, where she advises on field building, youth engagement, and other people-centered initiatives.

Originally from rural Pennsylvania, Katie found an ideological home with the Roosevelt Network during college and never left. As an organizer, educator, and chronically online millennial, she spends her time thinking about how to build a stronger, more inclusive community of progressive policymakers and how to use the discourse™ to advance a progressive worldview.
