Nehemiah J. Rolle is the Director of the Roosevelt Institute’s national network of emerging thinkers and doers. An alumnus of Roosevelt’s Network, Nehemiah served as chapter head of Roosevelt @ Wake Forest University from 2013-2015 and in other leadership position in the chapter. While at Wake Forest, Nehemiah elevated the role of equity, diversity, and inclusion in Roosevelt @ Wake Forest University, culminating in new recruitment and retention best practices, leadership development strategies, and an increased focus on institutional advocacy and campus organizing. He also served as Southern Regional Coordinator in 2013 and Senior Fellow for Defense and Diplomacy in 2014 for the network. Before joining the Network team, Nehemiah worked at Wake Forest University and New York University, coordinating various university wide initiatives in institutional equity, social justice, and civic engagement. At Roosevelt, Nehemiah works on deepening and expanding the role of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the Network and communications. Nehemiah graduated from Wake Forest University in 2015 with a degree in Politics and International Affairs, and honors in History.
