Jess Forden is a Senior Associate/Research Assistant at Roosevelt Forward, where she provides operational and research support to the think tank. Jess assists with research and projects on a wide variety of topics, including labor markets, childcare, taxes, and the intersection of race and gender in the economy. Prior to joining Roosevelt, Jess received her B.A. from Wellesley College where she studied economics. Previously she worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development, West Bank & Gaza for two summers where she supported the private enterprise office with local economic development projects.
